Real Estate Agent
KILT Brokerage team is in search of a motivated real estate inside sales agent. Ideally you will have prior experience converting calls to clients. You’ll hunt for leads, gather pertinent information for buyers and sellers, and add leads to the sales funnel. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with people.
We’re looking for someone who more than just “likes houses and people”. We’re interested in someone who loves making connections and doesn’t want the audacious night/weekend schedule that pulls you out of your home. A great ISA has thicker skin- a superb eye for detail- and is passionate about making an impact on their world. - Must possess exceptional phone skills and be unafraid to talk to anyone
- Must be extremely detail-oriented and dedicated to systems.
- Must be willing to have accountability conversations on a regular basis.
- Must be hyper-focused on meeting and exceeding goals through conversations with potential clients.
- Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
- Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
- Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
- Connect with our agents and add accountability to ensure they are delivering quality service throughout the transaction
- Manage the customer experience through serving as a concierge for potential home buyers and sellers. This involves numerous phone calls, emails, and text messages daily
- 40-50% of the job entails conversations with potential buyers/sellers AND agents in the group
